ExceliaX Rental Agreement
1. Rental Terms
This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ExceliaX ("Host") and the Guest for the short-term rental of the property as described in the booking confirmation. By booking and staying at the property, the Guest agrees to abide by all terms and conditions set forth herein.
2. Payment & Cancellation
- Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM or later on the arrival date.
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM on the departure date.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
4. House Rules
- No smoking inside the property.
- No pets allowed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- No parties or events without prior approval from ExceliaX.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
- Any damage or loss caused by the Guest or their invitees will be the Guest's responsibility.
- Notify ExceliaX immediately of any issues or maintenance needs.
6. Liability
ExceliaX is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the property is located.
8. Acceptance
By booking and staying at an ExceliaX property, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement.
